Your Next Few Steps / The Fast Track

We know you want answers fast and you want to know that DataPipe will work well in your organization.  In order to get you this information in an timely and efficiently manner, here are the next few steps you should take.

1. First, finish your review of the DataPipe website and documentation and generate and initial questions you might have.  Send us your initial thoughts - perhaps and overview of what you do, and what type of data you want to track, manage and report.  We will be happy to respond in detail and discuss how DataPipe can supplement your goal.  If you are looking for justification for the purchase of an EHS software solution, take a look at our article on Implementing an EH&S Information Management Software Solution in Your Organization.

2. Next request the complete DataPipe module list from Knorr Associates.  Look through it and mark up which modules (based on their descriptions) you think you would need for your program.  Send the worksheet back to us and we will price it up for you.  Think about which modules you want now and which ones you will want to add on down the road.  Also think about how many concurrent users you anticipate licensing.

3. Now that you have pricing and a good idea about what kind of EH&S program you want in your organization, take it a step further and set up an online demonstration with us.  See the product live (on your PC) as we open up screens and walk you through your program.  You can ask questions live and get immediate feedback.  It is really the most efficient way to quickly get a good overview of DataPipe.  During the demo, discuss your requirements and allows us to show you the flexibility and power of the system.

4. Most likely you will have questions that your team will discuss amongst yourselves after seeing the demo.  Generate a list of these post-demo questions and submit it to us so we can provide answers in detail.  If necessary we will schedule a follow-up demo so that we can clearly answer all the outstanding questions.  Also, see our FAQs for commonly asked questions.

5. Finally, when your questions are answered and you feel quite comfortable with the ability of DataPipe to meet your organizations needs now and decades into the future, request to be moved into the contract phase.  Once contracts are signed, we can usually have a system in place for you within 3 weeks.  And then we can begin working with you on implementation.
